This Tumbleweed XS House is part of the Toledo Museum of Art’s Small Worlds exhibition. I went there today and took some pictures with a new lens for my D5100 - a Sigma 8-16 mm. 

This tiny house is going to be available for auction on eBay starting in mid-March, I believe. Here’s my question:

If one were to win the auction or build one of these, how would the City of Toledo’s building code department feel about a house of this size on Toledo city land?
